Susie Gutowski is a writer and actor in Chicago’s unbeatable comedy scene. She performs at iO (formerly Improv Olympic) with Deep Schwa, Chicago’s longest running Harold team, and has written and performed with the sketch group Robot vs. Dinosaur since 2009. Susie has also directed two RvD sketch revues: The Gods Must be Swayze and Wait Wait… Don’t Kill Me. After taking classes at the Artistic Home theater in 2012, she was asked to understudy the role of June in the theater’s production of Marisol. She’s also working on a number of independent writing projects including an original TV pilot and a series of children’s books designed to help children with Autism to better understand their world. She also holds a degree in undergrad law from the University of Chicago and is a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
