A bookish oddball with an inferiority complex and a dislike of confrontation, Dan Jackson felt out of place in Canton, OH, a city best known for being the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He made the brilliant decision to relocate to Chicago, a city where everybody is friendly towards one another, and sports are rarely discussed. After training at the Annoyance, he’s been lucky enough to improvise with Theatre Momentum and Dodgeball Dungeon. His written plays have been staged at City Lit Theater, American Theatre Company, and the Arc Theatre. He loves pointing out peoples’ use of unnecessary quotation marks. He hates seeing pigeons with one foot.
